Sean Dance

Sean obtained his Bachelor of Human Kinetics at the University of British Columbia—Okanagan and has been working as a Registered Kinesiologist since graduation. He also recently finished his osteopathy schooling at the Canadian School of Osteopathy in the fall of 2025. He is a member of OsteopathyBC and is excited to combine both modalities of manual osteopathy and kinesiology to further help his clients. Sean's passion for helping clients with all ranges of conditions came from spending 15 years as a competitive gymnast.

Kristina Addison

Kristina graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in July 2021 and became a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in November 2021. With a previous background in Human Kinetics, Kristina loves to focus on restoring functional movement patterns, increasing mobility and flexibility and body awareness. Kristina caters each treatment to fit the client, as a treatment isn't one size fits all. Utilizing myofascial techniques, trigger point, deep tissue, Swedish massage, and joint mobilizations. She also offers home-care stretches and exercise programs as a way to maintain the benefits of massage therapy treatments.

With over two decades of experience in the field, Becky Maranda, a dedicated professional with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and Kinesiology from the University of Saskatchewan, brings a wealth of expertise to the heart of Kelowna. Having honed her skills in sports medicine clinics across Montreal and Vancouver for 13 years, Becky's commitment to enhancing the lives of her clients shines through.
Kate Morton — Manual Osteopath

Kate Morton

Kate is a graduate of the Canadian School of Osteopathy, Vancouver; her training included five years of study followed by a thesis, for which she was awarded the William Garner Sutherland D.O. Award. Prior to studying manual osteopathy, Kate attended the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy, graduating in 2009. Kate uses the traditional principles of osteopathy to improve mobility and function throughout systems of the body by addressing the whole person.

Kirby Hogg

Kirby has been practicing massage therapy since 2018. She had her own practice in NW Ontario before recently moving to Kelowna. Kirby likes to get her clients back to doing activities they love by using techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point therapy and myofascial release. Each client is different, so creating a plan that is right for them is key.

Olivia is a Registered Massage Therapist and Graduate of the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy (OVCMT), certified in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). She adapts each treatment to her clients needs, drawing from myofascial release, deep tissue work, trigger point therapy and Swedish massage.

Ceili Scott

Ceili is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in New Westminster, BC, and has been practicing since November 2023. Originally from Greater Vancouver, she relocated to Kelowna after graduating and has been fully embracing the Okanagan lifestyle ever since. Ceili enjoys working with a wide range of patients and has a particular interest in treating headaches, concussions, sports injuries, postural imbalances and children. Her approach is rooted in a strong understanding of anatomy and a passion for helping others feel and function at their best. Outside the clinic, you’ll often find Ceili making the most of the outdoors—boating, skiing, or training for the annual Across the Lake Swim. She also enjoys reading, exploring new places, and going on adventures with her dog, Phoebe.

Tess Mihell

Tess has been practicing physiotherapy in the Okanagan since 2012, after getting her bachelors in Human Kinetics in Guelph, and then her Master's of Physiotherapy in McMaster. Between volunteering with children with diverse abilities, to working in a long term care facility as a physio assistant, and time as physiotherapist in a clinic focused on sports rehab, she has worked with people of all ages and stages of life. Whether you're an athlete, a weekend warrior, or just looking to improve your function with less pain, she has the experience to be able to help you out! Tess has taken further education in manual therapy courses, needling techniques, and also has completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training, and her hunger for continued learning keeps her up to date on how to best support her clients. You can expect to leave your appointments armed with knowledge and tools for continuing you care from home. When not in the clinic, Tess can be found touring up a mountain, running some trails, climbing up rocks or anything else that provides adventure
